Tagging Users in Replies

How do you tag users in your responses? It depends on the platform. BrandBastion will create an automatic placeholder in replies to help personalize them, though this can be removed if you wish. This is how these placeholders work in each case:

• Instagram: we'll tag their @username.

• Facebook: we'll add their first name. This will not tag the user.

• TikTok: we’ll add their @username. This will not tag the user.

• YouTube: we’ll add their username.This will not tag the user.

• X: we’ll tag their @username

• LinkedIn: we'll add their first name. This will not tag the user.

• Trustpilot: we’ll add their first name. This will not tag the user.

• Google Business: we’ll add their first name. This will not tag the user.
