How can I batch manage my conversations?
If you have a lot of conversations to manage, you might be wondering if there's a way to do it in bulk. Luckily, BrandBastion offers a batch feature that makes it easy to manage multiple conversations at once.
1. Go to the "To Review" or "AI Highlights"
Go to the "To Review" or "AI Highlights" tabs within Moderate or Engage and click on the "Batch Mode" button at the top of the screen.
This will switch your view to batch mode, allowing you to select multiple conversations at once.
2. Review the conversations
Review the messages that are displayed and unselect any that you do not want to handle.
Click on the action you want to take in bulk on the bar at the bottom of the screen.
3. Apply actions in bulk
To take action in bulk, click Apply & Go to next batch to move on to the next group of conversations.
You can batch manage up to 25 conversations at a time in BrandBastion. This means that if you have more than 25 conversations to archive, you'll need to repeat these steps for each batch of conversations.
4. Exit batch mode
When you're done just click "Exit batch mode".
