Understanding historical and real-time crawling capabilities

There are certain limitations to what BrandBastion can crawl historically and in real-time based on the API limitations of various social media platforms.

What we'll crawl historically:

• Comments on organic posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

• Comments on ad posts (not using dynamic ads) on Facebook and Instagram.

What we'll crawl in real-time (new conversations will only be crawled from the moment you grant us access):

• Twitter conversations (including replies, quotes and mentions).

• Comments on Facebook Dynamic Ads.

• Private messages on Facebook and Instagram.

• Instagram Story Replies and Story Mentions.

• Comments on LinkedIn
