Reconnecting your assets to BrandBastion

Some of your assets (social profiles and ad accounts) are connected to BrandBastion with access tokens.

These access tokens provide temporary and secure access to your data. BrandBastion will lose access to your profiles and you'll need to re-authenticate if one of the following happens:

  • The access token expired - Some access tokens will expire after a set period of time (i.e. 60 days), and you'll need to reconnect your assets at that point.

  • Your username or password of the social account changed

  • The person who initially connected the asset lost access to that asset

Check which assets need to be reconnected

Check the status column to check which assets need reconnected.
  • The assets that are expired are highlighted in red.
  • The assets that are about to expire are in yellow.

Click Reconnect

Click Reconnect and login with your account.
