How to use the Profiles tab to track performance across your social channels
The Profiles tab gives you a centralized view of how each of your connected accounts is performing, across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. It shows high-level metrics such as total impressions, engagement, and post performance — helping you make smarter decisions at the profile level.
Where to find it
Navigate to the Profiles tab in the main navigation bar. Each connected profile will be listed with aggregated metrics for a selected time period.
What you can track
Impressions (when available by platform and media type)
Engagements (calculated using reactions, comments, shares, and clicks)
Post-level aggregation for YouTube and others, where needed
Common uses
Track platform growth holistically
Identify which accounts are driving the most engagement
Get a bird’s eye view of overall performance trends
