How to use the Profiles tab to track performance across your social channels

The Profiles tab gives you a centralized view of how each of your connected accounts is performing, across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. It shows high-level metrics such as total impressions, engagement, and post performance — helping you make smarter decisions at the profile level.

Where to find it

Navigate to the Profiles tab in the main navigation bar. Each connected profile will be listed with aggregated metrics for a selected time period.

What you can track

  • Impressions (when available by platform and media type)

  • Engagements (calculated using reactions, comments, shares, and clicks)

  • Post-level aggregation for YouTube and others, where needed
