How to Use the Hide Workflow in BrandBastion
The Hide Workflow feature allows you to automatically hide comments based on predefined filters and exclusions. You can also schedule when moderation should begin or end.
How It Works
Set Your Filters
Choose which platforms, asset groups, and assets the workflow should apply to.
Define rules for what types of comments should be hidden.
Add Exclusions (Optional)
Specify any comments that should not be hidden, such as those with certain tags or associated with specific campaigns.
Schedule Moderation (Optional)
Set a start and/or end time for moderation, which is useful for time-sensitive campaigns.
Enable the Workflow
Once configured, the workflow will automatically hide comments that meet the criteria.
